2) Tuxtla Gutierrez to Sinaloa and straight across to L. Alcerrega
3) Park in Calexico, cross on foot and give a cab driver the address! that simple! It cost $4 each way but you have no hassle of driving or parking or getting lost! Once you are done at the dentist office they call a cab for you to take you back to the border.
